These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GrowVisible website at growvisible.io (the "Site") and any services we provide ("Services"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services. If you are using them on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Our services
GrowVisible provides digital marketing services for small and mid-size businesses, which may include search optimization, online review growth, business directory listings, content writing, and reporting, as described on the Site or in a separate agreement. The specific services you receive depend on the plan you select.
3. No guaranteed results
Search engine rankings, review volumes, traffic, and leads depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, your market, and competition. We work in good faith using recognized best practices, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, results, or revenue. Any examples or estimates are illustrative, not promises.
4. Plans & billing
Where you subscribe to a paid plan, pricing and inclusions are as presented at sign-up. Plans described on the Site are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed, with no long-term contract, and you may cancel future renewals at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, submit false or unlawful information, or use them for any illegal purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and the GrowVisible name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Content we create for you as part of the Services is handled as set out in your service agreement; absent that, you receive a license to use deliverables for your own business once fees are paid.
7. Third-party services
Our Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms (for example Google, hosting and form providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowVisible will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site or Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
